Global Machinery Technologies Pty Ltd (GMT) provide the Australian, New Zealand and South Pacific offshore oil and gas, shipping, towage, power generation and mining industries with a complete engineering repair and maintenance service.
GMT’s engineering staff have over 25 years experience in marine, power generation and mining, this experience includes ship building, dry docking, owners rep, superintendency, project management, salvage, engine and propulsion system refurbishment, power generation equipment repair and maintenance, design and implementation of plant equipment maintenance schedules.
GMT's Engineering Division consist of Class 1 Marine Engineers and acredited Project Managers who are highly versed with risk assessment determination, ICAM investigation, JSA implementation, OHS&E compliance to ISO, with machinery reliability our highest priority. GMT service capabilities include overhauling major engine components (e.g. crankshafts, camshafts, cylinder heads, cylinder liners, connecting rods, pistons, fuel injection equipment), we have a complete mobile service for onsite support providing minimal down time.
Engineering staff at GMT are mobile, and available to attend sites throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific for both planned maintenance and emergency repair work at short notice.
